Alchemy for Wellness: Aromatherapy for Sleep

In this interactive workshop, Saskia Coté will teach you how to use essential oils to promote relaxation at bedtime and deeper, better quality sleep.

Each participant will also use pure, single note oils to create their own customized blend for sleep to take home in a glass mister bottle.

The essential oil brand used in the workshop will be Wyndmere Naturals.
