Strong Mom – Restore your Pelvic Core after Pregnancy Workshop

At 6 weeks postpartum, most women are told they can go back to exercising. But does your body feel the same as before pregnancy?

Many women, whether they are 6 weeks or 16 years postpartum, may not regain full core function. This leads to issues such as low back or neck pain, and/or leaking when coughing and sneezing.

Anita Luck has specific training to help you understand why your body feels different – and what to do about it. You will learn simple tips and exercises that begin restoring your core muscles, allowing you to move better during daily activities and exercise/sports.

This is not an exercise class, however, you should wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in for some light movement.

2 session options: 9:30-10:30am or 7-8pm
