This interactive workshop will be led by our Life Coach, Sara Morrison, M.S., who will lead us in some fun journaling activities and teach us some empowering journaling techniques to enhance your journey to better health.
Journaling is a powerful tool for mindfulness, focus and clarity, and connecting to your inner wisdom. If you want to implement a self-care activity that:
