Finding balance in our lives is so important but far too often the scale is not equal, everybody else’s needs outweigh our own. This usually happens slowly and over time but nevertheless it happens all too often for moms. A balanced approach to self-care doesn’t have to involve carving hours out of your already packed day, or an expensive trip to a day spa. Just a few minutes a day or even a few minutes a week to do something for yourself can have a profound impact on improving your physical and mental health.
