Functional Movement Specialist
Anita Luck has worked in the fitness industry since she stepped off the stage as a professional ballet dancer in 1988. A Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS), Personal Trainer, Pilates, Barre, and Pelvic Floor Instructor, she is a former dancer with the Zurich Ballet (Switzerland) and Ballet West (Utah). As an FAFS, she understands how one part of the body affects another, and creates movement sessions/plans that help people to move with strength and ease. Anita loves helping her clients achieve more than they thought possible, whether they are dealing with aches and pains, past injuries, post-surgical rehab, and chronic conditions or want to improve performance in daily activities or a sport. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities, and has worked with diverse populations such as teens (scoliosis and athletes), figure skaters, and nonagenarians. Anita is thrilled to be part of the supportive and transformative environment created at Well Within. Learn more about Functional Movement Training.
